How can I get higher fuel discounts?
Your discount depends on your monthly volume. The more liters of diesel (ON) you refuel in a given month, the higher net wholesale discount you automatically unlock for the next month.
Can I use the cards if I don't haul for VAN cargo?
Yes, absolutely! You can add funds to your account anytime using BLIK or a fast bank transfer directly in our mobile app.
When are the cards active?
Your cards are active whenever you have a positive balance. You can refuel up to your currently available funds anytime you visit a station.
Are there any minimum limits to keep the cards free?
No limits at all. Cards stay free no matter how often you use them. Refuel whenever you need, up to your balance.
How many cards can I order?
You can order as many free cards as you need for your entire fleet. You'll just need to enter the vehicle registration number for each card you order.
How are payments settled, and when do I get my invoice?
When you add funds or complete load orders, payments are settled automatically. You don't need to worry about manually paying invoices. A consolidated invoice is issued once a week.
